These terms apply to your use of the website only. They do not apply to work CipherMynd carries out for clients. That work is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work signed by both parties, which take priority over anything on this page.

CipherMynd is a digital technology company based in Barbados, providing website design and development, brand identity, social media management, marketing strategy, AI and business automation, and website hosting and care to businesses across Barbados and the Caribbean.

For the purposes of applicable data protection law, CipherMynd is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy, meaning we decide what data is collected and why.

You're welcome to browse the website, read its content, and use its contact and booking tools for their intended purpose. When you use the website, you agree not to:

Use it for anything unlawful, or in a way that breaks the law of Barbados or any law that applies to you. Try to gain unauthorized access to the website, its servers, or any connected system, or test its security without our written permission. Interfere with how the website works, including by overloading it, introducing harmful code, or using automated tools to copy large amounts of its content. Submit false, misleading, or spam enquiries, or use the contact form or booking tool to send advertising to us or anyone else. Pretend to be another person or business, or misrepresent your connection to either.

We may restrict or block access if we reasonably believe these terms are being broken.

Submitting an enquiry, booking a call, or requesting a free digital audit does not create a contract for services, and it doesn't oblige either side to go further. A free audit is an informational conversation and review, not a commitment.

CipherMynd only begins paid work once a written agreement is in place: a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work that set out the scope, price, timeline, and terms for that project. Until then, nothing said on the website, in an email, on a call, or through a booking creates an obligation to deliver work or to pay for it.

Prices shown on the website are starting points to help you plan, not quotes. A final price depends on the scope agreed in your Statement of Work.

Our booking tool, Cal.com, is operated by a third party and is also subject to its own terms and privacy policy.

The content on this website is general information about CipherMynd and about digital topics such as websites, branding, marketing, and automation. It's provided to help you understand what we do, not as professional advice for your specific situation. Please don't rely on it as legal, financial, or technical advice.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

This section applies to use of the website only. Liability for paid client work is set out in the relevant Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work.

These terms are governed by the laws of Barbados. If a dispute arises from your use of the website, please contact us first at contact@ciphermynd.com so we can try to resolve it informally. If we can't, the courts of Barbados will have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under the law that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. By continuing to use the website after an update, you accept the updated terms.
